I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership and talent development—but what drives me today is the same thing that inspired me from the beginning: people. Not just employees, leaders, or job titles—but the individual as a human being. Whether I’m designing a leadership program, facilitating a workshop, or coaching an individual or team through their challenges, my focus is always on those in front of me. Because when someone grows as a person, they also grow as a leader, teammate, parent, and friend. That kind of ripple effect matters—to them—and everyone around them.

My facilitation style is energetic, collaborative, and highly adaptive. I read the room, pivot in the moment, and meet people exactly where they are—then guide them where they need to go.

I design interactive learning experiences rooted in real challenges, practical tools, and deep empathy. Whether I’m working with a team or coaching an individual, my goal is to create space for meaningful growth.
